NU.ER.T. have studied a new pumping system made of two pumps ( Duplex) coupled to a single electric motor . This layout allows to get higher flow rates without the mechanical and pressure stresses of a single pump.
Distinctive advantages can be achieved in fluid treatment, feeding each single pump with its own hydraulic line, which, in turn, would feed its own filter/ UF and /or Reverse Osmosis.
Applying two split pressurized line, instead of a single one splitted ( downstream the pump), it is achieved a more efficient control of pressure and flow rate on line.
The two pumps can have splitted and different flow rate and pressure performances without any electric motor drawbacks.
The electrical motor, to work on ideal conditions, needs an adequate cooling air system.
